The ice cream made in cooperation with Santa Claus Finland combines the purest ingredients of the Finnish summer and the magical atmosphere of Christmas The ice cream is made by hand in Kiteen Puhos using Finnish blueberries and fresh organic milk.
The story goes that Santa’s love for blueberry ice cream started one summer when he found a secret place in the forest where the blueberries were especially large and juicy. Their taste was so irresistible that he decided to try making ice cream out of them. The result was a velvety smooth, deep blue treat that was simply delightful.
