Santa Claus Licensing Ltd. is working to strengthen the Finnish Santa Claus brand and is gathering a strong network of partners under a unified Christmas brand. This Christmas, Posti will be Santa Claus' official delivery partner.
Santa Claus and the Post Office have been bringing the Christmas spirit into Finnish homes for a hundred years. While Santa Claus comes once a year, the post comes every weekday of the year. Both are familiar and expected.
- At Christmas, Posti delivers more than 30 million Christmas greetings and the same number of parcels to Finnish homes every year. We are passing the Christmas spirit from one friend to another. Santa Claus Licensing works for the Finnish Santa Claus brand both domestically and internationally. Together we are taking the story of the real, Finnish Santa Claus forward," says Pirjo Kaasinen, Brand Manager at Post Finland.
Santa Claus Licensing, representing the commercial rights of the Santa Claus Foundation, develops and strengthens the uniform Santa Claus brand and maintains the Finnish Santa Claus partner network. In addition to the Post Office, other partners such as Finavia, Finnair, Fiskars, Tallink Silja and Veikkaus tell the Santa Claus story. All of Santa Claus' partners represent ethical values and Finnishness. The main tasks of the Santa Claus Foundation include helping the children of the world and promoting the Finnish Santa Claus.
