Magic Add, UPM Raflatec and Santa Claus Finland are launching a blockchain solution as a result of a collaboration that started this year. The joint blockchain solution will enable the authentication of Finnish products worldwide. It improves product safety from the consumer's point of view and enables a reliable flow of information between the manufacturer and the customer.

The blockchain solution behind the Santa Claus -verified label ensures the origin of the Santa Claus -verified code on products. Each code is unique and managed from the cloud. The code contains information about the product's origin, authenticity and brand story. It can also be used to track a product's progress.
Santa Claus Finland is responsible for the Santa Claus Foundation's commercial agreements and cooperation relations. To celebrate Finland's 100th anniversary, Santa Claus is going out into the world and taking Finnish products under his wing. The aim is to take the message of a new kind of benevolent approach and to offer consumers all over the world only safe, high-quality products.
